The goal of the Evangelism Team is to carry out the first part of the Flushing United Methodist Church Mission Statement:

Have you ever wanted to share your faith with someone but felt afraid?
Coming soon, the Evangelism Team will be offering a one day seminar to help you Just Walk Across the Room and share your faith.
The Evangelism Team also strives to make a real presence in the community, meet the needs of the community and look for opportunities to share the Good News of Jesus Christ by participating in or hosting a variety of events: Trunk-or-Treat, Easter Egg Hunt, Flushing Parade, Flushing Candle Walk, Flushing Fall Harvest Festival, Worship in the Park and Ark Almighty, a program designed to match people with needs to people with skills.
