Three Ways to Request Prayer
When you need help, call on God through prayer. We offer three ways for you to get others involved in lifting your prayer requests and praises to the Lord.
Visit the Heritage Room on Sunday Morning
We’d love to pray with you, in person. After the 8:45 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. Sunday services, you can find a warm and caring volunteer available to pray with and encourage you.
Add Your Request to the Weekly Prayer List
We have many prayer chain members that receive the church's printed/e-mailed prayer list each week and will pray for your request. You can add your request to this printed list in one of three ways:
- Contact us online with your request and contact information.
- Call in your requests to our friendly church staff at 810-659-5197.
- Use the detachable form in the Sunday-morning worship bulletin. Simply write down your request and place the form in the offering plate when it passes by.
Post Your Requests to the Online Prayer Exchange
The Prayer Exchange allows anyone to post a prayer request or praise report. It also allows you to respond to someone else's request by posting your prayers for that person. Flushing UMC reviews requests during normal business hours before posting them to the site.
Privacy
This web site is available to anyone with Internet access. Please protect an individual's right to privacy and please do not indicate a person's full name or address. It is not necessary since God knows the details concerning every individual's life.
